Shipping your order
At LES COLONNES SCOTLAND, we are committed to providing fast and reliable shipping so that you receive your masonic regalia and lodge accessories in perfect condition and on time. All orders are usually prepared and shipped within a maximum of two (2) business days after your payment has been confirmed.

Each shipment comes with a tracking number sent to you by email, allowing you to monitor your delivery in real time. Orders can be delivered without signature or with signature depending on the selected shipping method.
Preparation and shipping costs
Shipping costs include preparation, packaging, and transport fees. Preparation costs are fixed, while shipping rates vary according to the total weight of the package and its destination. To reduce costs and minimize environmental impact, we recommend grouping all your items in a single order.
We take great care in packaging our products. Box sizes are adapted, and each item is carefully protected to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.
Return policy
You have a legal period of 14 days from the date of receipt to return any item that does not meet your expectations. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of our error or a defective product.
Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging. Returns will only be accepted if these conditions are met. Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued within a maximum of 14 days.
